Smile Baby ships to addresses across India.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations and some pincodes may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or local restrictions.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes. Whether COD is available for your address is shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also view your orders by signing in to your account.
Delivery issues
Please check the package at delivery. If the package looks damaged or tampered with, contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.
