Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please share your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video. After we verify the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on this product. Please check the product details carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund to your bank account or UPI ID. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the amount.
