SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Coverage: We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, we cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Shipping charges: Delivery is FREE on all orders. No hidden charges.

Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Usually 4-7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.

Cash on Delivery: Available on eligible pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Tracking: Tracking details are shared by SMS, WhatsApp and/or email after dispatch.

Undelivered orders: The courier makes up to 3 attempts. Prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery are refunded.

Damaged package: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.
