CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. ORDER CANCELLATION
- You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by emailing contact@smilebaby.in or WhatsApp +91 87098 77815 with your order number.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch get a full refund.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video. After verification we will send a free replacement or give a full refund. Pickup is arranged at no cost to you.

3. OTHER RETURNS
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or assembled baby products without a defect cannot be returned for change of mind.

4. REFUND TIMELINE
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.
- Delivery is free, so no shipping charges are deducted.
